  • Order Number (e.g., #ROL12345)

  • Email used during checkout

Tracking Updates

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
If your tracking number doesn’t show updates immediately, rest assured that your package is on the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

  3. If the issue persists after 3 business days, contact us at support@rolstice.shop with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Rolstice is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
