Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

The item must be in resellable condition with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

Pet grooming products (e.g., brushes, combs, shampoo, wipes)

Pet toys or clothing that have been used or show signs of wear
If an item is marked “Final Sale” on the product page, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

Submit a Request:
Email us at support@rolstice.shop with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. -
Approval & Instructions:
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the warehouse address for shipment. -
Shipping Your Return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed received.

Inspection & Confirmation:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
If your return is rejected due to non-qualifying conditions, we will notify you via email and the product can be sent back at your expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) once the issue is verified.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
